1.THUMB: changes, connections, beginnings, transformations, perfect balance

2. INDEX: regeneration, life power, centered, rhythm, complete

3. MIDDLE: understanding, discrimination, universal mind, love, regeneration

4. RING: life force, victory, sustenance, relaxation, intelligence

5. LITTLE: laughter, consciousness, everlasting, circulation, harmonizing

Hold each finger, right or left hand, for at least two minutes.  You may feel a slight pulse or throbbing sensation.

Each finger also addresses an ATTITUDE:

THUMB: worry

INDEX: fear

MIDDLE: anger

RING: saddness

LITTLE:  trying to
